Before there was Teddy the game, there was Teddy the tutorial...
This project began in April 2020 as a fun video idea from a subscriber "ANGXL".
I covered a variety of topics...
However, the tutorial series was never completed. The project was being created alongside the videos - hardly ideal for a tutorial. As the development progressed, there were increasingly more and more things I needed to change and refactor.
So, faced with increasingly long videos and a growing fanbase who actually wanted to just play the game, I decided to refocus my efforts. By the end of that year, we released Teddy the game - for real!
Today, the game has been played many millions of times, and continues to rank among the top few hundred games on the platform.

Solutions to common issues are listed below:
The Humanoid's HipHeight property and the orientation of your character's root part can mess things up if not set correctly.
I also have a standalone video on setting up custom characters
This is probably happening if you've just downloaded my teddy kit below!
Ensure the game is published and you've enabled API access in game settings.

This is because the kit is set to use my custom animation for Teddy.
Roblox doesn't let me share animations so you will need to create your own and add it.
