Welcome to GnomeCode! These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website (gnomecode.com), our products, and subscription services including GnomeCode Academy. By using our site or subscribing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1. GnomeCode Academy is a monthly subscription-based service providing access to exclusive game development resources, including project files, scripts, early content, and private community perks.
1.2. Membership is personal and non-transferable—you cannot share your access with others.
1.3. Your subscription grants access to content for as long as you remain an active member. If you cancel, access will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.
1.4. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
2.1. Membership payments are charged automatically every month via Stripe (or other payment processors).
2.2. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law. You are responsible for any local taxes or duties in your region.
2.3. You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date.
2.4. If a payment fails, your access may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
3.1. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
3.2. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided.
4.1. All scripts, project files, and other materials provided within GnomeCode.com may be used to develop games, including commercial projects.
4.2. However, you may not:

5.2. You can cancel anytime via the billing section of your account.
5.3. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all premium content and community perks at the end of your billing cycle.
5.4. GnomeCode Academy reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership at any time, for any reason. Where appropriate, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
6.1. Members must follow GnomeCode Discord rules and community guidelines.
6.2. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or inappropriate behavior is allowed.
6.3. Any violations may result in account termination without refund.
7.1. GnomeCode Academy provides content for educational and professional development purposes only.
7.2. We make no guarantees about your success in game development—results depend on your effort.
7.3. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of scripts, project files, or other Academy content.
8.1. By signing up or subscribing, you agree to receive transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, access links) and, if opted in, marketing messages related to GnomeCode services.
8.2. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
8.3. For more details on how your data is used, please see our Privacy Policy.
9.1. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify members via email or Discord.
