Your personal information is stored securely. Access is limited to GnomeCode's administration team. Payment information is never stored by us directly—Stripe handles all financial data securely.

• Request deletion of your data (where not required for legal/accounting purposes)
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any message or contacting us directly

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use Matomo Analytics, a privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant tool to understand how visitors use the site. It does not share data with third parties or use intrusive tracking.

Other technologies in use:

• Stripe cookies for secure transaction handling
• YouTube embeds may set cookies or track interactions when videos are loaded or played.

You can disable cookies through your browser if you wish to limit this tracking.

Transactional and verification emails are delivered via Mailgun. This includes signup confirmation, password resets, and system notifications. Mailgun may temporarily store delivery data (e.g., email address, timestamp, IP) for logging and anti-spam purposes.
